PAYMENTS

Once the date has been discussed this will remain valid for seven (7) days. A deposit of R500-00 is required to secure this reservation. This deposit is not refunded in case of cancelation. Should there be any damages or candle wax on tablecloths, the deposit will be assessed and refunded accordingly. Payments / refunds will be made fourteen (14) days after the function. If you are interested holding your function at Zakopane, please pay the deposit within seven (7) days.
